All players must complete the form below before they will be allowed on the fields.

aS WE ENTER PHASE ii OF REOPENING the United Sports Complex for training, we will have new guidelines for:
  • Player arrival

  • Screening

  • Safe distancing during training

  • Player Pick up

These guidelines are detailed below. Please also refer to the map included for
traffic flow, pickup/dropoff points for parents, and where players will enter and
exit each field.

Before Training

  • Players should arrive ready to play.

  • All players should bring their own water bottles and are encouraged to bring their own hand sanitizer.

  • Nothing else should be brought to training.

  • Training will consist of small group ball work, passing, and fitness without physical contact between players

  • Training sessions will last 1 hour.


  • All players will be dropped off by parents.

  • When the player passes their health screening, parents are asked to leave the complex until training ends.

  • If the player does not pass their health screening, they will not be allowed to train and will be given instructions to get in touch with medical professionals.

  • Refer to the attached map to see how players will enter both fields.

Player Screening

  • Players will undergo a brief health screening to ensure it is safe for them to train.

  • Each player will have their temperature taken and answer the questions below:

    • New or worsening cough

    • Shortness of breath or trouble breathing.

    • Sore throat, different than your seasonal allergies.

    • New loss of smell and/or taste.

    • Diarrhea or vomiting.

    • Do you have a household or close contact who has bee diagnosed withCOVID-19 in the past 2 weeks?

  • Once the player passes the screening, they will proceed directly to their specified field quadrant.


  • Balls will be provided for training. Before each session, balls will be sanitized.

  • Social distancing will be implemented during all breaks in play 

  • No contact will be allowed in training

  • After each drill is completed, players will rotate.

  • Players will keep their water and hand sanitizer with them at all times.

  • USTLA Coaches will continue to wear masks at training

  • If a ball leaves a player’s quadrant, coaches will retrieve the ball for the player.

  • We will identify separate guidelines for goalkeeper specific training.


  • Parents will pull up to the designated area in the parking lot.

  • Coaches will ask for player names and release players only when their parent arrives

  • Refer to the attached map to see how players will exit both fields.
